How can we help?

What does Atiba do?

Custom software development, AI planning and implementation, IT consulting, managed IT services, web design and business intelligence. Most clients come to us for one of those and end up using several.

What is included in your managed IT services?

Monitoring around the clock, help desk, patch management, endpoint security, backup and recovery, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and network and firewall management. Pricing is per user, per month, all inclusive.

Do you take over software somebody else built?

Yes, and often. Roughly a third of our custom software work is inheriting a codebase from a previous vendor or an internal team that has moved on. We will assess what is there before quoting anything.

Do you subcontract work overseas?

No. Everyone who works on your account is a full-time employee based in Nashville. Our network team averages twenty years of experience, and the same people stay on your account.

Where we work. Most of our clients are within half an hour of downtown Nashville, including Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Gallatin, Columbia, Lebanon and La Vergne. We support organisations across Tennessee and the rest of the United States remotely.
