Nashville
geeks,
since
1992
Same ownership, same office, much of the same engineering team. We have supported technologies that no longer exist and been told several times that our whole category was about to be automated away. Still here.

How we started

Atiba opened in Nashville as an end-to-end IT services provider, back when that meant physically walking into a server room. Same ownership then as now.

Building the practice

Custom software, networks and websites for more than 1,600 clients: Vanderbilt University, the Frist Foundation, Loveless Cafe, R.J. Young and a long list of Nashville organisations who are still with us.

Where we are now

Around 89 full-time staff, more than 200 networks under management, and an AI practice built on the same principle as everything else: work out where the return actually is before anyone writes a cheque.

How we work

Everyone who touches your account is a full-time employee based in Nashville. Nothing is subcontracted overseas. Most of our clients are within half an hour of downtown, though we support organisations across Tennessee and the wider United States remotely.

The half-geek part means we go properly deep on the technology. The half-human part means we will explain the trade-off in language you can act on, and tell you when the honest answer is that you do not need what you came in for. Atiba was certified a Best Workplace in 2022 and named by The Tennessean as one of Middle Tennessee's top places to work.

Come work with us

We are always hiring for tech roles. The culture people tend to mention when they leave a review is high trust, low ego, and a genuine appetite for learning from the person sitting next to you. Flexible, supportive, and reasonably fun for a company full of geeks.
