VeruStat had plenty of data. What it did not have was a shared view of it. Reporting was assembled by hand, which made it slow to produce and easy to disagree with.
What we did
We built out a business intelligence layer over the company's existing systems, defining the measures once so that every report draws from the same definitions. Dashboards replaced the recurring manual spreadsheet work.
The result
Reports that used to take a person most of a day now refresh on their own, and meetings start from the same set of numbers.
