When every department builds its own version of a report, the numbers stop agreeing, and the arguments that follow cost more time than the reports save.

What we did

We implemented a standardised reporting approach for Vibronyx: shared definitions, a single source for each measure, and a consistent format so a report means the same thing whoever produced it.

The result

One version of the numbers, and considerably less time spent reconciling them.
